do have any problems then we suggest that you send a normal text e-mail with the details of
what you need.
We regret that we can no longer accept US checks or 'money orders'. There are now so few people paying us this way and our local bank charges almost $30 each time we pay in. Obviously that was bearable whilst check payments were regular and we paid in several checks at the same time but it no longer makes sense. Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express but we realise that many people are concerned about security when sending card details by e-mail (although plenty have sent us their details without problems). There are a couple of ways around this:- Send the number in two parts or the Expiry Date separately or phone the details through. We usually answer the phone between 9am and 7pm (5 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time), other times you will get the answer machine. . When paying by credit card you will receive your sales voucher with the amount in UK Pounds but this will, of course, be translated to local currency on your card statement. We check the exchange rates every day to ensure accuracy but the amount will invariably be slightly different and hopefully slightly less than you were expecting.
PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards accepted, prices are in US Dollars.
Shipping and handling costs $5 for the first item but just $2 for each extra item.
The maximum charge for items ordered at the same time is $20.Orders over
$250 ship FREE - this equals a 10%+ discount.

We have to send all packages to South America using "Recorded Delivery", this means that you will have to sign for the package but more importantly, it means that you will "GET" the package. We have tried sending orders without this but they almost always get lost. So, there will be an extra charge of US$10 on each order (not each item) to cover the additional costs. For added security you can have "Recorded Delivery" to anywhere for just $10.
AN EXPLANATION OF GRADES USED IN THE LISTS
SS=Still Factory Sealed.
NEW=We bought it from the manufacturer.
UNP=Unplayed, although not from the manufacturer.
M=Mint, probably better than shop stock.
NM=Near Mint, hardly used.
EX=Excellent, used but not much.
VG=Very Good, starting to look used.
G=Good, quite well used.
F=Fair, very well used.
P=Poor, oh dear ! ! ! !
If two grades are given, then the first refers to the cover and the
second to the disc. A single grade refers to the disc only and you can
therefore assume that the cover is plain, or a company sleeve. In most
cases this will mean that there never was an original custom cover but
occasionally it is given because the original cover is missing.
